I haven't really delved into Cloudland Canyon territory for a while, so it is a welcome surprise that U/V Light has shone across my doorstep today. CC's Kip Uhlhorn has crafted, along with the ethereal vocals of Gabby Weiss, a synthetic sun drenched hypnopulse in new track 'Arriviste', to be seen on Cenotaph (out through Medical Records next month). The techno staccato wavers in and out, a penetrating kosmiche flow that is intoxicating. Open your mind and disappear.
