Staying Faithful To M. Women
M. Women is a three-piece out of the grunge Ground Zero, Seattle, putting out their new LP Faithful (through label Couple Skate Records). It is a suitably grungey listen, and whilst they list Grass Widow and Broken Water as their contemporaries, the album evokes Evol-era Sonic Youth and the Wipers. They have played alongside the likes of Brilliant Colors, Broken Water, Abe Vigoda, Wild Nothing & Gun Outfit, and on the strength of Faithful it may not be long before they are being propped up by the same...
