BARGE with an antenna on it (the band) is a household name in one sense. It seems to me that the antenna is only a relatively new addition though; these two gents from Brisbane craft a sound that has the subtle intensity of a deadly undercurrent, pulsing, swelling and threatening to spill over into a squall of static power at any moment.
They just finished recording at Tym's guitars with the 12 in a dozen project and I'm stoked to announce they'll be playing a Sonic Masala show at the Waiting Room on August 30.
If the galaxy doesn't smash us to fucking bits before then, they'll finish the job on the night.
In the meantime, listen to more here.
